  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

While we strive for timely delivery, Grenvia is not liable for delays caused by external courier or operational factors. However, we will keep you informed and supported until your order is delivered.

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below this amount
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout

There are no hidden charges.

We currently deliver across India, including:

  • Metro cities
  • Major towns
  • Selected rural and remote locations

If your PIN code is not serviceable:

  • Our support team will contact you
  • Alternative solutions may be suggested wherever possible

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

We take extra care in packaging to protect both plants and fragile items during transit.

Our Packaging Standards:

  • Live plants are shipped in secure, breathable, and eco-friendly packaging to reduce transit stress
  • Planters and fragile items are carefully wrapped and reinforced
  • Every order undergoes a quality check before dispatch

Our packaging is designed to:

  • Maintain freshness
  • Provide ventilation
  • Protect plants from transit damage

As plants are living products, slight variations in size, color, or minor transit stress may occur.

Please note:
Some plants may appear slightly dull or tired after transit. In most cases, exposure to indirect sunlight, proper watering, and care will help the plant recover naturally within a few days.

Customers are requested to provide accurate:

  • Shipping address
  • Contact number
  • PIN code

Grenvia will not be responsible for:

  • Delivery failures
  • Delays
  • Returned shipments
  • Additional delivery costs

caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Once the order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified.
